ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 in the opening ceremony: The opening ceremony of the ICC World Cup 2011 will be held this afternoon in Bangladesh. Organized jointly by the International Cricket Council and the Bangladesh Cricket Board, opens the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Host Bangladesh has cleaned up its capital Dhaka for this mega event opening.
Bangabandhu National Stadium, is not used for World Cup matches, is a place for the ceremony. The opening ceremony takes place Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka, when the captains of all 14 competing nations are present.
"We will be able to improve our image if we organize the opening ceremony and welcome to the World Cup matches scheduled for us," said the president of the Bangladesh Cricket Board Mostafa Kamal. Canadian singer Bryan Adams will attend the opening ceremony tonight and the guests are sure to make this event very successful and memorable for fans of cricket.
